Default 2nd Ghetto Turbocharging 99 OBS

Well as many of you know I successfully turbocharged a 96 Impreza 2.2. I used no EM and just a rrfpr and im very happy with the results. I recently picked up a 99 Impreza Outback Sport that has rod knock. I wasnt going to turbo it but said what the heck. My build will consist of

-Phase II 2.2 heads
-Ej22T shortblock(closed deck)
-Stock 99 Impreza intake manifold
-Vortech RRFPR 12:1 since the car is MAP based
-Custom fabbed single port header/uppipe/downpipe
-Garrett T-25 turbo off a 96 Eclipse turbo
-Custom turbo oil feed and return lines
-One way check valves for sensors fed off the intake manifold
-Vent to atmosphere blow off valve
-05 Wrx intercooler with custom outlet to turbo
-Custom intake with cone filter
-Walbro 255 fuel pump

heres the car

the closed deck Ej22T shortblock

I just read through all 17 pages of your previous right up. Cheers for the link.
It's definitely given me plenty to think about for my N/A Forester.

personally, i wouldnt use a t25, theyre soo tiny. try to get a 14b; tons more flow and same flanges and you could probably get one for the same price as a t25.

Well I ended up using a td-04 off a wrx. Its started and drove just working out the bugs now. Have a small oil leak but it pulls pretty well. Im happy with it. and its straight piped and sounds awesome.

Almost done Engine bay(just finish plumbing the intake)
