Default 08 STI fender rolling/stretching

I am looking to purchase a set of 18x9.5 with 45 offset Enkei RPF1's for my 08 STI, which has Cobb springs and sway bars. I want to run a 265 or 275 width. Will I need to roll or stretch my fenders? If so, does anyone know of a good shop that can do that in the Tampa, FL area.

Thanks

these types of questions should be asked in your local chapter/region, http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=21

....btw, it's more commonly referred to as "pulling" and not stretching. "Stretching" is usually associated with fitting small tires on too big of a wheel. Just giving you a heads up to save confusion.
