Default Hybrid Build Finished/Running Rich Rough Idle Stalls

Hey everyone, so I finished my hybrid build today with EJ255 short block with CP forged pistons and 2.0 WRX ported heads. The car is running very rich and rough, basically runs like crap. The only way I can really describe it is the throttle response when I hit the gas (warmed up) is weak and is somewhat delayed. It runs fine when I restart the car, but once I hit the gas it starts to run rich, runs rough and idles rough, then stalls out.

All spark plugs are connected, new copper colder spark plugs, running 750 DW injectors, got them flow tested before finishing the build. I am running stage 3 BC cams as well. I am using a "break in" map from a reputable tuner but I think the tuner expected there could be problems could he said something to me like

So Im thinking maybe its the tune on the break in map, but dont know. Im still going to put up my complete mod list and pictures and videos. Another thing I must point out is that I Made HomeMade parallel fuel lines with my stock fuel rails, I only have one FPR and that is attached to one of the fuel rails so there was no option to relocate that.

I dont think its the parallel fuel line set up, could be, but Im pointing more towards the break in map recieved to me via email. Just want to see what everyone else thinks.

Well still having problems,

I relocated the FPR near my windshield fluid tank so its directly going to the return line, the correct way of doing a homemade parallel fuel line set up. And the weapon R fpr adapter is located where the FPR used to be (stock wrx rails)

However, I am having Stalling issues once the car is warmed up. Starting the car up at cold seems fine, the car at a cold start up would idle high to get everything warmed up and then maintain a normal 1,000 rpm idle while keeping the AFR between 12-14.

But, once I turn off the car, and start it up again, the car doesnt seem to want to start up correctly until I give it some gas while starting it up, and once the rpm's drop to idle the car then drops below 1,000 rpm and stalls. Tried this several times.

All vacuum lines are connected, coil packs connected, wiring clips to the coil pack in the right place (black in back, white in front). No fuel leaks.

The only thing I can think of is to check the spark plugs, coil packs, IACV, injectors. I dont think its the injectors cause I got them cleaned and flow tested at DW. And I dont know if its the ACT flywheel thats causing it to stall at an idle in neutral?

Behavior does seem like IAC, but that would be odd assuming that worked before. The tip in or injector values for the map could be way off and cause a similar problem.

PS - I have the same flywheel and it won't help the situation.

well now i changed the spark plugs, and it was backfiring, then the same symptoms came back. The car is hard to start when its warm, and finally something crapped out because now the dash lights wont turn on, the horn is weak, cant even put up my windows. So Im pulling the battery to get it tested, didnt see any blown fuses, will check again. And probably am going to clean the IAC and get a new gasket for it.

Sorry, I had a bad tune map from someone that I thought was able to dish out a good break in map. It seemed the map was only tuned for my injectors and MAF but not anything else.

I then opted to go with clark tuner because I got maps from him before and he was confident he could tune my unique set up. He did a good job and I sent him a bunch of data logs and he fine tuned the map greatly. Now Im in the process of breaking in the engine.

I also went with iridium spark plugs, cause I wasnt tuned for colder copper plugs, my car reacts more positively with the iridium plugs. I tested this twice to make sure it wasnt a fluke. I also had to fix my homemade parallel fuel line set up and relocate the FPR.

Now the small problems are out of the way the car runs beautiful and I've put on around 200 miles on her and changed her oil twice already and the oil looks clean everytime I change it. So it was just a few minor problems that was fixed by a different tuner, spark plugs, and a little adjustments on my end.
