At the Track red 4 pots off travis pastrana's 07 sti

NOT FOR SALE ANYMORE

these were purchased last year for my project car but im parting it out. i purchased these with with less than 1000 miles on them. the 2007 sti it came off of only had 3000 miles. They are in PERFECT mechanical condition and GREAT appearance condition.

These were used on a sti to fit smaller gravel rims on his race car. The car was sold to a private owner who decided to put brembos back on the car and that is where i made the purchase from him.

NOT FOR SALE ANYMORE

Just curious, and I'm not trying to troll your sale. But, I believe that the STI has Brembos and not Subaru 4 pots. I don't know why anyone with an STI would downgrade their brakes. That's part of what makes the STI better than the WRX. Are you sure these were on Travis Pastrana's STI? I mean, none of the pictures even show the brakes on his car.

Regardless, good luck with your sale. These are good looking calipers.

Fair enough. lol I don't know how I missed that part. I did read it but for whatever reason didn't even recall that whole bit there. Guess that's what I get for trying to be knowledgeable. GLWS!! Sorry, free bump anyway.

The SRT-USA cars use AP-STI brakes, not the stock WRX brakes...

Are these pics of Travis' car ?

I downgrade my STi brakes for winter ice racing so I can fit 16in studded tires. In summer the Stoptech 6 pots go back on for track days.

Bling and flash...

The STi brembos aren't really ANY better than the 2/4 pot WRX brakes and I will tell you why...

Pad surface area... You actually get less with the Brambos.

Sure, they can take the heat better, and have better pad selections, and use larger discs..

But in terms of overall performance, they aren't THAT much better... if at all..

Save ruffly $70. Personally I would just buy new but that's me. Great if you have an STI and want smaller wheels for rally or autocross. Pic up the spacers and rotors for the extra cash.
