Default Park bbq?

Are there any parks around here with the bbqs in the park? The bring you own charcoal and meat kind? Where/what are they? The girlfriend and I are wanting to do a fun little picnic but I don't know if the parks around here are like that. Thanks!

I think most city parks do.

Those grilles are pretty scary though. Spider webs and stuff, everytime I've seen one. If you wire brush it and stuff first, should be ok I guess.

You might wanna bring your own. Fred Meyer has a nice little Weber Smokey Joe Silver for like $39.99 I think. I bought mine a few years ago and I freakin loved it. But then I turned myself over to a Weber rectangular grille thing I found at ACE Hardware for around $55 I think. The nice thing about that one, is that the legs fold over the top to lock the lid, thus allowing you to carry it by the handle. But the Smokey Joe may have better heat distribution based on its round design I think, based on evenness of steaks and things in my experience. Nifty stuff.

edit: Oh! My favorite is McHugh Creek.
