just wanted to post my new accessory. and thanks tay06. hood was in great condition for the price. looks better now those hood pins are gone lol

u have your primary latch and your secondary latch. primary is when it clicks all the way down secondary is when u pop the hood, it wont unlatch until you hold the little lever

Looks nice man. run the hood pins. Don't find out the hard way how much CF flexes at speed. Plenty of people busted hoods and windsheilds thinking the stock latch would suffice.

It should be fine unless your a speed demon on the freeway . Stay under 80 and your fine.

That second latch.. That's kind of a given since most cars have them. Is the flex issue due to the scoop or in general? Wondering because I've had cheaper cf hoods in the past on cars and they have been fine 100+
