Unhappy Replacing e-Brake Lever

I had a little mishap on a project and need a new e-brake lever. Anyone know how I'd install it?
Not just the cover, but, like...the whole lever.
I sorta destroyed the button.

Default

remove center console - easy

loosen the adjustment on the cable on the left side of the lever (2 10mm bolts)

remove all the retaining bolts for the lever and bracket/cover behine the lever.

Remove the cables from the holder
