Default Stupid question about Swaybar (Help)

I know this is a stupid question but I'll ask it anyways because I don't know the answer . I just got the Whiteline 22 mm adjustable rear swaybar and I am going to install it. Can anyone tell me which hole= what size (20, 22, 24mm)? Thanks...

The holes closest to the edge of the arm are the softest settings (20mm). The farthest holes are the highest (24mm)

To clarify possibly; Closest to the "end" of the bar are softest (20)and toward the center are the hardest (24) Hope that helps.
