Cheap h6 caliper brackets?

Remanufactured from auto zone, $25 a side at my local store. Should I give these a try?

deff want updates if these work, these are the only two things needed for the h6 rear brake upgrade right? when new rotors are in order i'll have to do this.

autozone screwed up my order so I only have 1 bracket. Have to wait until next week.

RacingBrake makes brackets which accept the stock ('04-onward) sized pads. $50 a pop, I think.

It is a little rough but I sanded it smooth and painted it gloss black. Really should have test fitted it first i guess.

test fitted ? meaning like it didn't fit at first ?

I think he means that he should have test fitted before he sanded them down and painted them since he can't return them if they don't fit now.

oh alright i get it now opps . well i just want to see at least a picture or two . they go for $24.99 at the autozone near me . i really want to fit those 290mm rear rotors lol

looks good . even though i dont know what stock looks like . the only problem now . where to source the pad clips for the brake pads? were you able to get them at autozone too? or have to look somewhere else?

now i just need the wrx front caliper brackets then i'm done .

I believe the stock pad clips work. Just use the ones off of the old bracket.

guess I didn't research this well. I was just hunting around on az website and found them. Didn't know about the pad clips. My car is a 2005 rx wagon. I wil probably finish this up over my fall break. I have s/s line, 4-pots, hp+ pads, m/c brace, powerslot front rotors, autozone h6 rear rotors, autozone h6 bracket.

Just wanted to let everone know I used these + the Autozone H6 rotors to do my swap yesterday. No fitment issues. Used 02-03 rear pads. Worked great. I can highly recommend these!
