Do the fog covers include the brackets and bolts for mounting?

what's the difference between the JDM hood scoop and the USDM hood scoop? looks the same to me

The JDM one is about an inch higher.

I'll get those shipped ASAP, and yes the JDM hood scoop is an inch higher which makes the car look more aggressive.
