Default HELP...need to disable daytime running lights on my 06 legacy

Can anyone guide me in disabling my daytime running lights on a 2006 legacy. I did it on my 04 wrx but i dont know if it is the same process and i dont want to screw something up. Please tell me how or forward me a thread that does. your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

should be a plug in the drivers footwell that says DRL on it.. unplug it.. whammy..
