windshield wiper wiring

My windshield wiper stopped working. I've checked the fuse and it's still good, then I look under the dash and a wire was hanging out from the steering wheel (looks to be for my windshield wiper lever). There's a problem though, I can't seem to find where that wire connects to. Anyone with a 05 wrx wanna meet somewhere so i can check out where that plug is located???

The weather isn't helping at all!!!
