Default H&R OE Sport Springs

Curious about these springs. North Ursalia quotes them at having spring rates of F:196.25-204.1 and R:186.25-193.7. Not sure if those are for the OE Sports or the Sports (if they are the same). Drop is F:0.75in. and R:0.50in.

This seems to put these springs somewhere in between the Prodrive(Mach V, Epic) springs and the APT Pink (STI Take offs).

Has anyone run these on stock WRX shocks (MY2007 if that helps).

I'm looking to run uprated SPRINGS on stock shocks. Mainly to frim up my ride for Daily Driving and occational AutoX and HPDE.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
