Default Replacement APS FMIC hose????

Anyone know where I could get one of these or have one made? It's the hose that connects the passenger side hard FMIC pipe in the engine bay to the one that runs inside the fender. Could Evco do it?

Motorsports downtown...I used a 45 degree hose and got it to work. WIN!
