Default Wiring in Airbags built into Seat into an older car (GC)

so is there any way for me to make the airbags built into 04+ STI seats to be functional in a car that didn't have anything of the sort oem? is it as simple as an airbag computer switch?

CN: 04 STI seats, V6 STI momo, can it be done in a 99 RS?

airbags are pretty sensitive equipment. I had a sensor wire cut off of my 04 STI harness I used for a swap and I just removed my airbags. Car is getting an aftermarket wheel anyways, and it saves weight!
