Absolutely. Junior was having a little bit of trouble with these tires one of his turned up stock turbo cars (370ish on dyno jet). I think the owner had taken the TP down significantly though. I think if your making 400 or more you can effectively use these bad boys.

Especially in your case with a gutted wrx and 415whp on an airboy, i think it would be a great idea to try them out.

The logs showed I needed more fuel, but we did not have enough time to make the change and get into line. 97-99% on the injectors now. We only had a 30 minute cool down at the most, so the intercooler was still heat soaked. The QM clutch has been a steep learning curve, but now it's getting easier to launch the car. I still have some in the bank on the 60' just need more hits.

I've never had my car on a dyno, just road tuning and adjustments for track conditions. I think we should be around 145-150ish WHP range, dont know. If you get these, start with high tire pressures, 29-30ish should get you started and adjust the two step and fine tune with the tires. Good Luck

ive been getting amped up seeing all these fast times

my dash is back in and we're just making some custom plates and mounting points for my meth and reinstalling my blitz gauges that have been sitting in my garage for 4-5 years.

im just not sure if i wanna deal with the hassle of a trailer...or even just switching wheels at the track.

these tires are just begging to break my wrx axles.

415whp + 6 speed + hoosiers + phatron = 12.7 @ 125 mph

LOL, I'm kinda getting amped up as well. I just hope everything goes according to plan as it has so far with my build. I hope to be driving it next wednesday, tuned that weekend, and tracked the following weekend. I really want mid 11's on pump

60 ft's have now been recorded in the low 1.5's in CA a few weeks ago, and we have three sets in the DR and PR on Javier Monroig tuned, Rolly driven cars that will be run next week. Also Forced Performance has a set on their Evo they are running today and tomorrow. I'll post up info as it comes in.

its a drag tire not a track slick. If anything it could be taller.

These better net you a better than 1.6 60' time from an STi. I can cut 1.6's on street tires even with a bone stock power level. With this much meat, these should see 1.5's like a hot knife through butter.

They are significantly lighter than your KDW2's, which is the main reason for them. I would guess that for 90% of the people here, especially casual racers, they will only get .1 or .2 better 60' times, but their MPH will go up as well, from the lighter rotational mass, and less time spinning out of the hole.

^^^hey jas whats up--the problem is that alot of the tracks down here are starting to catch on that the motorcycle slicks are not really rated for the weight of our cars and are starting to reject cars in tech trying to run them.I think by next year it will be hard to get thru tech or be allowed to run at the track with them which kinda sucks.I guess an AMS wilwood frt brake kit and 16" rims with slicks is in my possible future.I have been 1.51's with the bfg's but i want mid 1.40's and to be able to stay hooked up for the first 330 to get a better et.

Are you basing that on that video alone?

Devils advocate: Tire pressure, track prep, and suspension could all need work.

In this case, obviously not, considering people have cut better 60's by almost two tenths on the tire.
