kinda figured it out...

after all my years of n/a turbocharging; honda, vw... i completely forgot that the pcv system should not be sourced to a positive pressure source aka the intake manifold. the pcv valve was obstructing my throttle and cc rotor after rotating the tbody.

going to block the pcv valve location on the intake mani and routing the pcv through a catchcan to the turbo intake tube.

bleh.

cruise control/throttle cable is my next hurdle.

figured i'd make a bracket from some flat stock, but i'm sure one of you has an easier solution...

Why? The PCV valve is a check valve. If it sees pressure it will basically be forced closed, and thus act as a plug. It's only open under vacuum. Or are you referring to the valve cover hoses?
