Default EGT vs turbo

At what temp do you think a RS-T 99 (5.5psi) is should run un the hiway at 110 to115km/h and at 3000 to 3200rpm?

do you mean at cruise? and if so, 5.5psi at 3000rpm and cruising? if you're getting 5.5psi at that point, I think there's something wrong w/ your car...
at cruise, you shouldn't run any hotter than a stock RS... under full boost(full throttle) tho, you'll probably get up around 1500 degrees F
