Question R/R Spark plugs, now horn goes off & no POWER

R/R plugs

Connected all removed electrical connectors
-plug coil packs
-Air box (stock)
-w/w

Proceeded to connect the positive terminal on the battery, (negative connected). As contact was made horn went off right away. Did not hear any audio-able sounds of the fuel pump cycling.

Below is some of my elementary trouble shooting.

1)D/c'd all battery terminals
2)Uninstalled the #5 Fuse (horn & hazard) in the Engine bay
3)Installed battery terminals
4)Turned ignition to ACC
No horn , but still no audio-able sound of the fuel pump cycling.

I have done the plugs before and have not run in to this predicament.

Factory alarm? I will assume you tripped it and now it needs to be reset.
There should be an owners manual suppliment that covers the factory alarm.
