Default Enkei Performance on 09 WRX

So I was trying to figure out a new wheel for my wrx and went to local tire place to talk to one of the workers there. So the wheel I was looking to buy is Enkei Performance (shown in link below)

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...ip&showRear=no

However, he told me that my wrx won't fit w/ that wheel since my stock offset is +53 while the wheel I want is +45.

Is that true?? Do I have to roll my fender to fit +45 wheel? I didn't think it would cause that much problem I just wanted to hear from you guys about your opinions.

I wanted to go w/ 18" as well but wasn't sure if tires were gonna rub or any other issues on my 09 wrx. Roads are pretty bad here Definitely not planning to lower it anytime soon.

there are MANY other 17" wheels that are WIDER than 7" that would fit just ****ing fine
