Default Sidewall Bubble / warranty question

I have a pretty nasty sidewall bubble due to a pothole, Im going to get it replaced tomorrow. I have a set of Goodyear Assurance Triple Treads on there with the road hazard protection (well worth it with all the crap on the roads IMO) the question is will Goodyear replace the 1 tire or all 4 since there will be a bit of difference in the treads? Or will they just shave it?

Anyone have a similar experience?

* Im not looking to buy some fantastic new set of tires, I could careless, besides of which the Triple Treads have been good to me, its just a DD. So please save your 'this will let you buy better tires than those POSs' type comments for elsewhere*

Anyone know the tolerance that Subaru recommends for tread depth differences tire to tire? Someone told me 3/32nds was the tolerance...not sure though.

This was confirmed by SofA. So new tire (11/32 tread or .3438") - older tires (5/32 closer to 6/32 or .1875") = .1563" or about 5/32 difference in tread depth. In order to be past what SofA advises it would have to be a difference of 8/32.

I guess Ill find out on some road test.
