Stock wheels and lugnuts are tapered, they don't use a washer.

I can't upload pics with my phone, would take me like 2 weeks, but you know where the threads go through the rim? Those 5 holes? And then there's supposed to be some kind of washer and then the lug nut comes on? Well the other day when I rotated my tires I noticed that there was a lot of wear as if my tires were put on very aggressively with an impact gun, and then I noticed the diameter of my lug nuts was not quite sufficient enough for my tires, and that there was a lot of room left as if something belonged there... Long story short, I need to find out what washers I can use, or if the stock lugnuts actually come with nonremovable washers, where I can get those or what.. It is not very safe, I might as well be driving around with one loose nut on each wheel

Sound Like you may have rims that require "shank style" lug nuts.
I was surprised that my friends 05 Corolla used them. Since the lugnuts are not as common and typically used for old rwd Mag rims.

You should know if it uses shank/mag nuts if the face of the hole is flat, Otherwise it should take conical if looking at the side form a "\ /"
A close up pic would help.

The washers are removable. I guess your options are buying a new set of lug nuts that come with the washers, or maybe ask a tire shop to see if they sell them specifically/separate (or if hardware store would suffice).

OP has stock wheels. Stock suby wheels don't need any kind of washer between the lug nut and the wheel.

The tires are those rubber things mounted on the wheels.
You do NOT need any sort of washer for the stock wheels. They use conical lugs that seat in the wheels.
Do you have some sort of aftermarket lug? What do they look like?
You need to learn how to post pics.

Thank you, I think I'm going with buying new lugs that come with washers. Do you know how I can find the correct dimensions?

This is what the holes of a stock subaru wheel looks like:

There is NO washer needed. Please stop trying to look for something that isn't there to begin with.

The person which had the car before me decided to use lugs like Rwolf was talking about, they do not sit properly in the wheel.

My phone is incapable of uploading media, and I do not have a camera. Regardless, I have found a solution, I just need help figuring out the correct dimensions for new lugs, any takers?

Ugh. Yes they are. Maybe not the same ones you have, but they are. ALL stock Impreza wheels, no matter what type or year, will have the same style/shape lugnut holes. Just get some stock lugnuts. As a matter of fact, I have some I can sell you.

Thank you, but I just found some at a tire shop... Can you do me a really big favor and close this thread?

Could you provide us pictures of the lugnuts you're buying? I'm curious to see how you're resolving this perceived "problem."
