Default problems with my recently lowered forester. help!

I just lowered my 99 forester with Prodrive springs and front struts. (GR-2's in the rear). I also installed camber bolts in the top holes of the rear struts (per my friends advice). the problem is the camber is slightly positive and every time i try to adjust it, it seems to make minimal or no difference. Am I not adjusting something right? also when i installed my front struts the holes of the driver's side strut weren't aligned and i could not get it to align because the axle didnt seem to be moving in all the way. I ended up dropping the wishbone part and punching out the safety pin to remove the other end and realign everything. it fit perfectly but now when i turn there seems to be a knock every so often. Could this be caused by what I did? the tires clear the fender so I don't think that's the problem.

thanks!!

"wishbone part"? "safety pin"? not sure what your referring to there - pics?

usually the only thing that's sometimes required to get the holes to line up is to disconnect the swaybar/endlink

for the rear camber it sounds like the bolt is not installed correctly OR the tab on the washer got mashed - this may help Camber Bolt FAQ and Tutorial

thanks! i figured out that my axle just snapped i need a new one =(..cant imagine how that happened. but yea i shudve just disconnected the swaybar...never thot of that..and i did use that link to install my camber bolts its just that i have rear drums and i cant really see where the lobe is. i tried guessing using the space where the tab of the washer goes into the strut. im hoping i didnt mash the washer...new camber bolts (tho their $50) are still expensive to a college kid
