Question Eastern Auto Body (Willow St., Manchester, NH) : Any good?

Hmm, guess I should've asked this a while ago, but... has anyone dealt with these guys?
That's where my car is, to get worked on after my "ditch" accident...

If anyone has any experience, I'm just lookin' for some positives.

Did I get you thinking, Chris? Best thing you can do is ask them for references... alot of people say to shops, if you need someone to give their opinion of your work, you can let them contact me... they usually keep a references list of some kind. Granted, most people who will do that are happy people, but if you're good, that's the only kind of customers you have. You could always call the Better Business Bureau or the City of Manchvegas business license office and see if anyone has loged complaints against them... those are a matter of public record and freely available to you. Whatever you do, don't sign off on the car until YOU are happy with it.

Well I'm gonna be bringing it to the Sube dealer after the work to have them check it out before I sign off on it. I'm assuming they'll let me do that...

They certainly seem good, I mean they were polite as all hell, and for a body shop, that's a big step already. Some good awards on the wall and a few nice letters from customers... and the shop is really nice-looking. The attitudes have all been good so far, too, with emphasis on "taking longer so we do it right."

I wouldn't think a body shop would do that stuff if they sucked, nor would Subaru send me there...

Guess I'm just checking with you guys, anyway. And no Brian it wasn't you that worried me, I'm always worried. Just ask Jim. hehe

I've always been skeptical about things. Long story.
