Not being a dick but there is some great info on options for an 09...

But anytime you do a FMIC on a subaru it means some cutting

Yeah, you'll be cutting, but if you're worried about how it will look from the front, I believe that depends on the type of FMIC you get. I've seen some installed with the pipes sticking out, which looks like trash, but more often seen it to where you can't even tell it's been cut to fit flush and properly.

Happy hunting! *kaw!* *kaw!*

Ultimate Racing makes nice fmic kit for your year.

http://perrinperformance.com/product...ry=39&model=23

As well as Perrin but their just a little more expensive then the Ultimate Racing kit.

But not knowing if your planning on running the stock turbo or upgrading is crucial information. If you really don't want to cut up your brand new car, keep it simple and upgrade the tmic and call it a day.

Anyways do a search and you'll find guys talking about the pro's and con's of a fmic until there face turn blue.

honestly for the money, I'd start with the turbo and everything before an intercooler.

You're just gonna initially hinder your stock setup with a FMIC, especially since it's setup for a TMIC.
