Default Relays clicking?

I've recently started hearing a lot of little clicking noises under the dash behind the gauges. Are these relays? It's been real hot lately so I was thinking maybe something must be going out now.
Any suggestions or ideas on what it is?

make sure the decheck connector is UNunplugged under the dash on the driver's side. It the only single wire green connector.
