Guide or pics for changing spark plugs?

i want to change the spark plugs in my 02' wrx and i was wondering if anyone has a guide or pics for removal and installation, and if i need any special tools for the job.

I found the iwsti guide in the unabomber thread i posted, it is a great post by unabomber should read the full thread.
He has allot of great info in there !

i highly recommend a 3in extension and flex sockets.. other than that its pretty straight forward, just dont be too rough with those coil packs, they are not cheap... the wires are also color coded to make it dumb proof from switching them
