Well, it looks like with the power of search I have answered my own question. It does not fit evenly over the APS TMIC, blah.

It appears that it would have to be modified.

Anyhow, bump for a well designed splitter.

According to PW's website yes. I used it with 4" TMIC and no problems.

A few more questions before I decide.

Can you measure the dimensions of your tmic? Not just the height.
Also, is the splitter aluminum?
Are there bolts supplied with it? If not, what kind of bolts do I need to secure it to my 06 hood?
