to see which style oil pan i have... hmmm didn't know there was more than one style??? says one is square and one is round like a jello mold. mine has a flat bottom . does anyone have the jello mold one?

yes, my oil pan is like a jello mold. As I remember from looking under a 00 Impreza L, that one had a jello mold also. I have a 95 2.2l L by the way.

My oil pan is a jello mold. I have the 99. I didn't know there was a big difference either. Oh well I guess you learn something new each day.

I had the same question asked to me awhile ago when I first ordered mine. I have a 98 with phase 1 block and mine is square. It apears that the phase two blocks are rounded like jello. That's just my assesment.

I got "THE CALL" too. I think mine's a jello mold. Man, that would be a lot of jello How many of you New Engalnd folk are in on the turbo GB, just wondering. I can't wait....November 8th
