looks like prices have gone up everywhere for hellas. anyone seen any new deals?

also, has anyone checked out these total knockoffs?? wonder if their claims hold true at all

The first link looks like a knockoff, but Sickspeed does make legitimate horns. A couple of people I know actually prefer the sound of the Sickspeeds over the Hellas. The price does seem about $20 too low though.

really?? interesting... I would've figured they were both crap lol

I want to buy a set for my roommate, so I don't want to get him crap. I notice in the specs for the Sickspeed ones that the higher-pitched horn has a significantly lower frequency. This would make it sound less "European".

Do you know anything about the relative volume to the Hellas? If it's close enough that it seems the same, I'd be willing to check out a pair.

I remember them sounding pretty similar to the Hellas, both in sound and volume. I'm sure there are some YouTube videos you could use to compare them

This is a little random but I have a pair that went bad... old... maybe some rust issues... open to anyone that wants a fun project

I found these last night. The frequency seems off though, it says the highs are 400hz and the lows are 335. So they might be knockoffs but for under $25 shipped I couldn't help myself.

The sick speeds have held up great for me in the year I've had them! Would definitely recommend them for the money!

I also have the sickspeeds and they are great. just as loud as the hellas, and they come in different colors to match the color scheme you have with your car instead of just red.
