Default obd 2 port

the other day i took my car to auto zone to check the codes it was throwing and now my obd 2 plug isent working can someone help me out and tell me what i should do frist so i can fix this asap thanx justin

I think we'll need some more information from you. Was the code reader not reading the code? Is the port not getting power? It could have been a bad reader on their part.

i know the reader was working because right after they tryed it on my car they used it on a nother car and it was working idk if its getting power how do i check that just turn the key on and see if there is power there with a voltes meter

ive been through this before and for somereason the code reader they use wont work with subarus (at least both of mine). Then I took it to work the next day (at subaru) and they could see it fine.

ok thanx i'll try that i appreciate the advice alos what if they cant read it is there like any fuses in the wires that go to the obd 2 port and they can be blow thanx Justin
