Limited Enkei off 213/800 and almost new 4 Potenza RE070 tires

I am cleaning up my house and I am selling items below:

Limited edition Enkei 17 rims off of 213/800 UGM. Comes with 4 original center caps. Currently they have OEM tires on but they need to be replaced.
A set of Potenza RE070 225/45/17. Only drove them for 1500 miles and I think they have 90~95% treading left. I paid about $800 for all four.
I am asking $450 shipped picked up each or $850 for both.
