Default 2.5 to turbo engine swap

Could someone please give me the basics on swapping a single turbo (either JDM or USDM) engine into a '99 RS?

What parts are needed?
Any custom fabrication?
Where can I buy all the necessary parts?

From what I understand, the stock transmission just can't handle significant power, so I'm guessing the tranny needs to be swapped as well. My goal is to run 105-110mph trap speeds eventually.

Thanks in advance.
