Default 2002 Legacy GT Seats in my 1997 Legacy GT?

I found some 2002 Legacy GT seats and am wondering if they will fit in my 1997 Legacy GT. I did a search and couldn't find anything... Has anyone done this?

They have the front and rear seats. Although I'm mostly interested in the front seats, I'm also curious if the rear seat will fit.

Don't know about the rears but the fronts will bolt in. My 95 wagon has seats from a 2002 LL Bean. Recall one bolt isn't used and the newer seat belts and the older ones don't match. Reuse the originals or swap everything out.

Thanks for the info. Swapping out the entire seat belt assembly sounds complicated. Do the seat belt "receivers" swap out from the seats easily? So only 3/4 bolts are re-used? Is that still safe? I don't want to

Default seat swap

It's not too hard of a seatbelt swap from what I remember. I put in 03 WRX seats into my BG wagon. Super easy swap and great upgrade. Not complicated at all

I put in 2002-2003 WRX's up front in my lgt, bolts up perfectly. Probably can't use some of the plastic that surrounds the tracks, and you need to just unbolt the seatbelt latches from your stockers and put um on the new seats, takes 20 mins super easy stuff.
