Yeah, I was going to go 'cause it was nice. But I didn't. I'll start showing up again since the weather is mucho betterer. I'd much rather hang outside and kick tires than sit in a bar.

I won't be making it, but I think we need to go back to picking a single location to use for a few months or come up with some kind of schedule so everyone knows where we're going to be. Moving the meet every week makes it tough for everyone to plan ahead. We wait until the day of the meet to decide where to go and not everyone has time to check. And in the interest of keeping the meet somewhat "central" we should try to keep it in the general Novi area.

Idea #1:
Bar Louie for 1 month
B-dubs for 1 month
Uptown Grille for 1 month
Doc's in Livonia for 1 month
repeat

Idea #2:
1st week of the month at Bar Louie
2nd week of the month at B-dubs
3rd week of the month at Uptown Grille
4th week of the month at Doc's
5th week of the month (if/when it happens) at Oishi

I am in favor of Idea #1... it's easier to keep track of a month than which week of the month it is.

If I knew where the meet was ahead of time I'd show up. I don't work in an office with your fancy interwebs!

1) you can always call your slumlord. He'd probably know where they are.
2) The schedule is now set. You know where meets are gonna be.
3) I don't access NASIOC from work.

Updated post #2 with a list of which location and which month. I also added Doc's to the google map linked in the same post just in case some of you don't know where it is. We're now on a monthly schedule. Get yer **** straight and lets revive the meet a bit.

If you want a pro-tune then you want to check out Speed Industry (www.speedindustry.biz). If you want a quick, cheap open source tune then PM arch4life.

Hondaslayer comes out on occasion, but he sold his Forester...unless one of his other 18 Subarus is also a Forester.

Just wondering if there are any 6 speed swapping gurus that could help me out in the near future, say like a month. I really wanna get the 6 speed I have into the wagon and since I'm moving I gotta strip my parts car and get the shell out asap. I will provide pizza and drinks for anyone who can help. I would love to knock it out in a weekend if possible. Please let me know if/when you're willing to help. Thanks guys!

I know someone *cough*toyman*cough* who needs a 5 speed to replace the busted one in his car. Maybe he could give you a hand or provide unpaid child labor.
