Who done been talkin' bout me? I seen my name!

What are the proposed hours for the DM meet? I am going to be a traitorous bastard and go to the King dyno day that day, but would like to make both if at all possible. I've still never met most of you Subaru people, except for Kyle and Franz, and they're not really people.

Shannon --

I plan on showing up for a few hours on Saturday and will attempt to lend a hand where needed. I believe the latest I can help out may be until 11am or so though as grounds open at noon and first band hits the stage at 3 so we should be leaving Madison at noon or early afternoon to get a decent seat in the VIP section.

Cool!! I'll put you in as a floater. Feel like doing photos or video of the cars arriving?

Nice.

9am-3pm more-or-less. Vote count starts at 2, trophies at 3, road rally first-car-out 3:30. QS&L for rally awards 6-7pm.

I'll report directly to you when I arrive -- not entirely sure as to the exact time I will be there so I will fill in where needed at that time..

I knew you before you were assimilated. Doesn't mean as much.

Also, I'm glad my distaste hasn't gone unnoticed.

Got a question for the veteran Subaru builders. There is a letter/number combination cast into the heads of the sohc NA units. I found that the z25 has much larger intake and exhaust ports than the Q25 heads. Is there a chart of the differences between the Q25, Z25, and the L25 heads?

just a heads up for them - if you place the order online using the www.discounttiredirect.com link and have it shipped to your house its usually cheaper than walking into the store...

I'll call and find out....I ordered my xxr's through them, they dont carry them so he had to contact a distributor I will see if that's an option....plus it comes with lugs, hubcentric rings which I'm assuming comes from discount so it'll have to be shipped to discount then shipped to my house.....

I waved at you today. I was in the work van, so I expected you not to notice though.

If any of the volunteers have 2-way radios, it'll make things a lot easier. Bring 'em if you've got 'em.

Still need prize/trophy presenter (maybe Miles Fox?? )
Updated!!

Trophies are sitting in storage. I hope everyone likes them. A little more classy than the ones from last year. Engraved clear acrylic!! Matts award is pretty cool. I'm itching to post a pic of all of them, but I was told to just wait and surprise everyone. I know it's better to wait, too.
