What do you want out of the car? Personally, I would go with suspension mods first (and something other than a set of Tein's).

I have a feeling you're going to pick option #2 no matter what people say. Why not just enjoy the car the way you want to?

I was going to do more power upgrades (currently COBB stage 2) but thought what's the point if my car won't have the handling prowess and I won't really know how to handle the car with the extra power. Changed direction and got strut tower bars (some improved handling) and have purchased coilovers yet to be installed. IMO would rather have a great handling car before adding more power. Just my .02

I would say suspension first before any more power. Power is always nice , but lets face it, you get used to the power eventually. The suspension is a major upgrade that you feel every single time you enter and exit a corner, whether you like it (which I'm sure you will) or not. Now as far as suspension goes, we need information as to what you want to do with the car. Is it going to see any track, auto x, or just a DD. IMO if your going to be using it as a DD, coils are a little bit much, especially tein's. You may like the stiff bumpy ride that you'll get, but the general consensus (that I've seen) say that coils aren't the best route to go. Another thing is your budget. Do you have a lot of money to blow or just a feasible amount? IMO getting a good set of springs, sway's and endlink's will go a long way for you and your WRX.

You would definitely enjoy a properly set up car. That said, you may not enjoy the Tein's (based off some reviews). I have a set of RCE Tarmac 2's (400/350) and I still find times when I wish I was on plusher suspension for DD duty (I love the T2's but even they can be harsh on some roads). Think hard about what you want out of the car and what you are willing to sacrifice (ride comfort) on a daily basis.

Why not save up a bit more and get some quality suspension parts (could be struts/springs/etc or c/o's) that fit your needs (which you still haven't mentions)

I did rallitek swaybars before stage 2. One of the best mods i've done, especially once I dialed them in.
