Default would ej20t heads be a step back for us ej25's

just curious...since they have a higher redline, or would this just be a bad idea

Based on everything that I've heard, the EJ25, in all of its different configuraions, has the best flowing heads of any Subaru engine.

Check out COBB's website for more info....

The EJ20 heads are better flowing heads per say...if you plan on doing a WRX/LEgacy turbo set up they are great, the issue you will run into is the cam profiles being VERY diferent...the RS profiles are set for low lift longer duration where as the WRX profiles are high lift short duration...i am currently considering this swap w/ a Version 5 intake...but i'm not sure i will do it, just a thought so far...just remember if you do the heads you have to change the intake(will prolly hit the hood) and the exhaust manifolds.

but that would be great for turbo right? higher red line...fit the stock wrx ic...allowing us the options for aftermarket headers...but we'd then need the turbo xmember wouldnt we?
