Question Help clutch replace

Need some info on how to take apart the tranny from the motor is there a trick ??

are all the bell housing bolts out? use a pry bar between the subframe and the front diff. my tranny wont slide off the studs unless i do that.

We had to use a pry bar and rock it to get it to break loose I think.

Did you remove the clutch fork pivot?

x2 DON'T pry it off before that.

On mine it was on the drivers side towards the top of the tranny, recessed (10mm allen I think) screwed into the side.

take one of the bolts out of the timing belt cover and and screw it in the pin that is behind that 10mm allen plug and pull and wiggle the pin out, sometimes someone need to wiggle the clutch fork at the same time. then you can pull the tranny apart,

I used a bolt that was holding down my coil-pack.
