Default Television....what's good and what sucks.

I am bored, so I figured I would start some drama.

The Office is the single most overrated show on television. It is not ridiculously funny. It is mildly amusing at best. The British version is more entertaining, but I still think it is lame. The only continuous show on network TV that has been more over-hyped and 50x as worthless is Friends.

Scrubs is an interesting show. I never watch it purposefully, but if I am flipping through channels and land on it, I will watch it to the end. It is a quite amusing show, I just can't ever bring myself to go out of my way to watch it. IDK why.

Also....FlashForward? Anyone watched this? What are your thoughts?

I wish that the speed channel wasn't like 76% NASCAR. Occasionally they have some really cool stuff on there, like when they do the Paris-Dakar highlights.

And as for best shows......Top Gear.

I also like MTV reality shows. Their "oh so horrible lives" make mine feel great

Thats all I watch.

Big Bang Theory is funny, but I wish they would cut the laugh track. If the show is supposed to appeal to the semi-nerdy people, we don't need you telling us why "Schroedinger's Cat" should be funny.

I actually saw the pilot for BBT when I was in Vegas a few months before they started showing it on TV. It was at that place in MGM-Grand where you can sit on the preview panel. I really enjoyed that.

Family Guy = best show on television.

I really like Sons of Anarchy, Dexter, 24, NCIS, and Burn Notice. Those are the ones I watch religiously at this point. This new show "FlashForward" looks to be interesting as well, but I can see it going the way of "Lost" pretty quickly.

Don't have time to watch TV every week but when I do it goes something like this.

The Wire
Top Gear
Nitro Circus
Jay Leno
Rob Derdecks fantasy factory
Law and Order
SNL

I'm pissed I can't get SNL at my house anymore. After they went to digital, channel 30 is gone! It Should be a KSL show but we all know why that isn't around.

I can't talk to my kids. Unless you can get me a time machine.

Not-E, do you have cable? There should be a channel for the CW still...I can't remember which it is, like 18 or something.

Also, on a completely unrelated note - Chad: A friend of mine just got the first set of tats to begin his sleeve done....his right arm now has the Millennium Falcon running from 2 TIE fighters, and will soon have Death Star I in the background.

COPS, The Office, 24, the unit (besides the annoying wife drama), lots of the shows on the mil channel have some fun things to watch.

Not tv shows, but TV miniseries that rock:
Band of Brothers
Generation Kill
