Default Tokyo Preview: Honda Skydeck Hybrid Concept

After the CR-Z Concept, Honda will also bring at this yearís Tokyo Motor Show the Skydeck Hybrid Concept, a new vehicle set to take on the Ford S-Max. With this new vehicle, the Japanese manufacturer is going to replace the FR-V for Europe and plans to expand its hybrid range into a number of different segments. The Skydeck uses the same hybrid system found on the Insight, but now the battery us mounted within the centre console that runs along the cabin floor which might represent the future solution for the next-generation Honda IMA hybrid system designed to power bigger vehicles. Unfortunately the manufacturer didnít release any details regarding the engines and told us the we will find out everything at the right time!

Yup. I like that. The interior styling needs a bit of work but I really dig the exterior styling. And although I dislike lambo style doors I think they work great for this vehicle.
