Angry Steven Jory Subaru robbed me !

I was trying to get a refund on my gap insurance purchased through them and was told that they never refunded it, even though the gap insurance company sent them a check. There closed down now, but the $750 was cashed $$$ by the dealership in December of 2008. I never got the credit for that...... Those Bastards !!!!!

IIRC they should have sent the check to you.

It is their error...they should have to eat the cost. Tell them you want your money.

The dealership is closed so he may gave Afars time getting the money without suing the previous owners.

Ive contacted SOA, Chase Bank, Safe Guard Products, Chamber of Commerce, and The Attorney General. None have been able to help me so far. I guess I have to hire a lawyer to get the money back.

What was the company that issued the gap coverage? The are about the only ones that can help you at this point. Not worth a lawyer for $750 imho, probably spend double that in lawyer fees to try to get money out of a company that went bankrupt anyway.

i was told when bought my leggy there that i was getting the extended warranty since they certified it. I was supposed to have the gold package warranty. After all said and done. i said hey can i get a copy of the warranty and they said "its in the computer, you dont need it." ??? so i say oh ok. (i know. kinda my fault) well when i went to mc subaru to get something fixed. the warranty isnt in my name. the factory warranty wasnt even in my name! i had to call SOA to get the factory one. got screwed on the other one.

Oh and by the way, Does anybody know of anyone who bought a black bugeye from there around july or august of 08?

The gap insurance is through Safe Guard Products. I checked with the Bankruptcy court and they never filed under the business name. SOA was suppost to call me back today but never did.

was the gap insurance for your 2008?? if not what year was the car it was for. My 2005 LGT had gap purchased through Avondale Subaru. They went out of buisiness August 2008. I had a 72 month loan which would have ended in October 2010. the car was paid off in May of this year and they refunded me a whopping $34 from my gap. So remember its a pro-rated portion of what you originally paid.

ohh and if that company went BK then kiss that money bye bye.
