Default bolt ons on 03 wrx safe for now or tune?

ok so im slowly working on my 03 wrx and im on a serious budget to get the car up and running, the car had a valve issue so that was fixed and this is what i have done so far
fresh oem head gaskets, fresh oem head bolts, worx tuning recirc valve, perrin tmic hoses and perrin bpv hose, godspeed tmic, ichiba dp, cobb replica 3 inch exhaust, perrin airfilter, oem replacement exedy clutch kit and resurfaced flywheel, and thats about sums it up for now. so my question is would i be ok for now on the stock tune? and i plan on getting a ichiba uppipe as well when i put that on would it really be ok? ive heard that the 02-03 wrx are mod friendly with no problems.

They are not mod friendly any more then a 04/05 they all run very similar ecu's. You need to get a tune on the car. Unless you just want to break it.

Buy a Tactrix cable or a Vagcom cable and get the terminator . And run a OTS stage 2 map. If you want to do this and can by the cable I can help you get it urnning .

My take on these type of things is why risk the motor? The car is going to make more boost then before and push itself into non tuned load cells.

I say it'll be fine, and I will be in the majority on this.

Yeah, you will be fine. A tune will reap all the benefits from your mods, but the car will be fine without one.

i see i know that i would reap the benefits by having it tuned but i dont have the mney right now for a tune hence thats why i asked if it would be ok to drive home or to work and what not untill i get it tuned, now as far as the up pipe goes ive heard you have to do some type of mod for it to work if not you get a cel but i thought that was only for the 04-05 models tho?

All the exhaust stuff will be fine w/o a tune.

Blow off valve answer is same as always.

Only concern I have is the TMIC, it won't hurt you, but you may get some changes in throttle response. Actually it may increase depending on the pressure drop.

The 02/03 ECUs are NOT the same as the 04+.
