How much are you guys going through during the winter time per fill up opposed to summer use? I dont know if my setup is spraying too much or what... Im using the windshield tank res. thats a Gallon I believe... and I go through that like its nothing in 2fill ups maybe one...

i usually go through that washer tank every to fill ups on gas, now since i've had that #10 nozzle in if i stand on it all the time it goes quick so does my tank of gas otherwise i don't go through it that much

yaa I guess it all depends on how throttle happy I am at the time...but seems I can only get like 2gas fill ups per gallon of meth at the most?.... I have a .7 on mine...soo may mess with the sprayer on how much it sprays...but eh I was thinking the cold had something to do with it...but maybe not?

well even in the winter its gonna depend on how much right foot input you give, when i had a #7 in my car i would get about 3 tanks of gas to each tank of meth roughly, i can make it last if i need to

can't you still disarm the system manually and re-map a little richer tune to compensate for no meth and just switch it on when need be?

With a 50/50 mix meth/water you should be using 5%-10% max mix with fuel.


In other words if you burned 10 gallons of gas during meth spray you would use up to 1 gallon of water. You most likely are standing on it a lot.


FYI...Last check on your car your injectors were max and the water was your extra fuel. Turning it down could be bad, don't do it without a wideband to watch.

ok first, carter that photo was down right WRONG...

marlons what size are your injectors? your running a vf43 with sti cams correct? you need to be running a #10 nozzle, i ran a #7 with my setup and it would only handle so much timing and boost and it was maxing out my injectors(by meaning around 95% idc's or more) right now with the #10 my idc's are around the mid to low 80% and an afr of 11.4-11.5, yes i metered that with a wb02 not the front afr sensor. i am also using the smc meth kit and have had this same system for over 5 years or so

what size injectors are you running tribal? I have 550s and they are maxed as seth said. I got the size 10nozzle in my closet. But didnt think I would need it for this setup...my afrs were around 11.1-11.3-5ish.. soo ya maybe try the #10 but would I be turning the spray down still as thats gonna spray more already?

What does this #10 and #7 translate to in actual flow rates and at what pressure.

I use another vendor whos nozzles are rated in ml/s

i'm running the sti blue injectors aswell, as for flow rate the smc nozzles are either a # 7 or a #10 hugo nozzle , believe those run liters per hour, what kit are you running marlons?
