Default Wheel options, going black and blue

I've decided to buy the car some new "shoes" this spring, I'm looking at 2 possibilities right now, I like the rotas alot but afraid they may be too rice... Opinions?

I like the tarmac III's. I was gonna get the II's in gold but decided to spend money on coilovers lol. Doesnt look ricey to me IMO.

Of the 2, the 2nd one for sure. The polished lip/different color lip thing was cool about 10 years ago though.

I like the Tenzos-I think those are the all black rims? I am biased though,these are the split stars I had powder coated black to use for my summer rims:

I got mine done at Advanced Powdercoating in the valley. I don't remember exactly what it cost but at the time it was alot less per wheel than anyone in town. I also think the owner cut me a bit of a deal since I cleaned the wheels really well and removed the centercaps,tires and valves. I know that gloss black is less costly than,say a custom color. Their phone number is 907-892-3200.

i was going to go 18x8, subidude showed me 18x9 +35, I know the setup would LOOK sweet but im not sure how much i would like the rutted out wagon tracks anchorage calls roads
