Default are these bulbs any good?

i don't know anything about lights, so does anybody know if these are any good? will they even fit the wrx? it says that there are bulbs for the fog lights included. i didn't know you could just replace the bulbs in the fogs, i thought they were sealed. also, would these bulbs match the "hyper white" bulbs in the clear corner lenses that WRXTuner is selling?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eb...137530&r=0&t=0

any info?

thanks,
james

Don't waste your money,i bought them a few months back. The headlights burned out in about a month, and they were much dimmer than the factory one's.The fog light bulbs are still holding up,they seem to be brighter than stock.Spend a little extra and buy the Piaa's

ok, thanks guys. i kind of figured they weren't worth my time. i don't really have much to complain about with the stock lights, it's just that after lowering the car, they weren't pointed up into the sky, so i figured i'd try to find a cheap way to make them brighter. i guess i'll start saving for some lights i've heard of.

thanks again guys,
james

I have hyperwhite bulbs and they are going 8 months strong . http://kyotousa.com has nice ones. Also the showoff bulbs are guaranteed to last at least a year i believe. My friend just sent them back and got a new pair...

i plan on goin HID soon, these are a $30-40 nice substitute for the time being as opposed to shelling out $400 for a HID system all at once.

I bought PIAA super bites for my fogs n main bulbs and they lasted about 4 months and they started all blowin out, one at a time. It really sucked b/c they never looked the same, I just replaced em with the factory n no problems so far!............Too much cash for so little time!

Default And they are only $24.95 :)

I did a lot of research because I replaced my original bulbs with some hyper white ones I got cheap, YEAH I KNOW...

After I replaced the connector for the buld because it melted I went on a hunt for the best bulb I could find that would NOT do this.

I FOUND THEM!!!!!

They are called SHOWOFF HID they run 4300 Kelvin and look almost like HID. I sell these bulbs only for the factory replacment because they won't melt your harness!!

Here is a direct quote off their home page:

"Will these lights destroy my current wiring?
Showoff bulbs and lamp kits are designed to produce far less heat than the average bulb and housings are specially made to cool the bulb for longer life."

Here is the link to my site where the bulbs are:
http://www.wrxtuner.com/accessories/...headlights.htm

And here is the manufaturers home page www.SHOWOFFUSA.com

If you have any questions not answered on the manufacturers home page e-mail me at Nick@WRXTuner.com
