Default HELP: Tuning RCE T2 Coilovers

Vehicle Setup: 2004 WRX

RCE T2 Coilovers with Vorshlag plates F/R (500/400)
(Myles street setup)
Whiteline components everything exc. locking diff bolts
Cobb Tuning swaybars
M1 Red Subframe
Wheels/Tires: 18x8.5/245/40/18 star spec.
WestEnd Alignment and Corner Balanced

Can anyone driving on Socal road please share their T2 Setups (Rebound/Comp)?
I am need to change my suspension to the softest yet accurate handling suspension setting possible after recovering from surgery.
I drive on the 405 & 10 daily (Santa Monica to Irvine to Downtown LA).

I might have no other option, but to buy softer springs (400/350 or 350/300).
I can't stand driving in my car now, if needs to be more comfortable on the 405.

Any Ideas?

Umm you can go with a strut/spring combo, that will deliver better comfort.

Ive had 2 different sets of tarmac 2's, first was on my old stock 04 sti 5x100 set-up, I had rce set those up for medium-agressive track (valving) I had 500lb springs in the front and 400 in the rear, I kept it on stiffest setting (top and bottom of the shock/ allen wrench) there are 3 recommended one's (clicks from full stiff/ then clockwise) depending on what you were into, full street, med, or full track (aggressive)

sold those to Stussysport

now have a set in my new lug pattern along w/ rotors, wheels, hubs, knuckles in 05-07 sti style (5x114.3) Myles said the way they valved them was no different, & if I switch back to my old spring rates, it would be the same ride quality, now I have 600lb hyperco coils up front and 500 in the rear, I have these ones also on the stiffest recommended track settings at all times, not sure your question, its all in preference or what you do with it, I also am going in for another surgury on my back, and will prob go softer after it, but it hasnt bothered me too much on the most aggressive comp/rebound so far, sure its uncomfortable at times, but when I take it anywhere that matters, its handles like a dream, my input prob didnt help your question so sorry
