I had the Borla gen 3 headers on my RS-T prior to going to the RS-TT setup, then back to the RS-T setup. I really, really liked the sound of the headers along with the 2.5" custom Stromung... really sweet. They also lowered the EGT's by about 200 degrees on average, tho my probe was installed in the collector, vs. the #3 header that most everyone else uses.

I'm expecting to get a set from Borla in about 2 weeks, since I shipped them back a set of Gen 1's that I got from Kartboy.... I'll be selling them shortly after that....

Can the headers support the weight of the turbo without a mishap?

For turbo kit like the LudeSPEED, there will be turbo supporting bracket includes (Tom told me that), so the header should do fine. Also, I have heard the new gen Borla (4th gen) has fixed the cracking issue with turbo kit installation. So you should do fine with that setup.

samething with the FAT kit... there is a bracket to hold the turbo just like Ludespeed includes.... no worries there....

IIRC, current version on the Borla's is Gen 3.

Did it (headers) give you more HP or it just give you a good sound and less temp to the EGT???
