The bolt is located on the one that is 2nd from the top right arrow

^^ this is not true.. it looks like there are three different bolts that hold the wing down the part numbers are as follows.. (901700161 x2, 901700162 x6 and 901700163 x4) it looks like by your description of where it's located you need the 901700163 part number...

There just being lazy or they don't know what the hell there doing. look at the picture and figure out which one you need and tell them to order the part number you need.
for example...

#9 M700161 = Part # 901700161
#10 M700162 = Part # 901700162
#11 M700163 = Part # 901700163
