Also, i just checked my PCV valve, which is working fine. Car has 37k miles.

i just changed the oil before all this and it was pretty low. Was reading about maybe it being turbo seals, any idea if this a spot to check for these symptoms?

Are you getting a CEL? Could be your MAF malfunctioning so it's dumping too much fuel

white smoke means a blow headgasket....or water leak into the exhaust...

If the turbo is epically boned it could potentially be dumping both oil and coolant into the exhaust, don't forget that your turbo has both of these flowing through it. Might be time to yank the downpipe and have a lil look at your hot side.

Also pull your engine's dipstick and have a look, if the oil looks like it's kinda frothy or otherwise wierd, that can indicate you have coolant in your oil. Coolant in oil can be from a cracked cylinder or a failed oil cooler. Combusted coolant can be from a blown head gasket or cracked cylinder. Combusted oil can be from a cracked piston or seriously cracked head. Combusted coolant and oil at the same time can be from any of the two above or from your turbo. Factoring in that you're not able to boost yet the car seems to run otherwise fine leads me back to the epically boned turbo statement.

Check that turbo, 17.2 PSI on a TD04 is going to be a bit hard on it to begin with as the wheels will be turning at close to 170,000 RPM vice the stock 130,000.

So my car has'nt been hitting target boost and its been making a strange oil/gas smell from the exhaust. Its been happening for about 1k miles and i decided that it might be a leak in the intake, so i swapped to another aftermarket intake (AVO). When i swapped intakes and started the car, huge puffs of white smoke came out the exhaust and the car wouldnt hit close to 1bar even though the tune is for 17.2 psi.

Obviously i have a problem, so i switched to the stock intake. The same problem occured, huge puffs of white smoke from exhaust. No smoke from anywhere under hood. More smoke comes out when in boost then idle, although alot comes out during idle. Car idles fine.

If a problem existed before i swapped intakes to stock, what could my problem be? I checked coolant res and it is very low, when it was recently changed, so it is indeed coolant coming from my exhaust.

Battery was reset after intake change to stock. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

faulty logic

And you're not going to tell anyone else what went wrong, how you fixed it, or how you identified the problem?

^^ If someone asked i planned on it.

The bolt holding the ypipe to the intercooler core was backing out of the threads and was almost out when i finally found this happening. Sealing it gave me my power back and no more smoke.

The problem was identified when i decided to change my aftermarket throttle body silicone hose back to the stock piece. When i had the IC off, i checked to make sure everything was tight, and it wasnt.

Thanks for the help, im happy my car works fine now, and i've decided not to sell it for now.
